Webshop User Guide

Here is a step-by-step guide, detailing everything you need to know to get started with our new web shop. Just follow the steps. Each step includes an image that will point you in the right direction. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to contact us.

Navigate to the shop

Click on the login button to log in to the webshop.

Login

Put in your User number and Password.

Select a group

Select a group to buy from: Flowers, Plants or Sundries on the left hand side.

Select a stock

Click the chevron down to choose from a department of stock.

Set the delivery date.

Choose your delivery date and continue shopping.

Start buying

You are now ready to buy. With the orange plus button you can quickly buy on any device, Press 'confirm' to confirm your purchase. Some items may be available in smaller and larger amounts. If this is applicable to the item and you would like to select a smaller amount of stems, on the right hand side of the screen this can be altered. For example: select 10 (for 10 stems) in the drop down amount that shows 50. Then insert required amount e.g. '1' in the box to the left and press enter on your keyboard. This will order 1 x 10 stems.

Confirm your Trolley

After buying, click on the Trolley button on the left hand side to select your shopping cart. Always make sure this is correct before coming off the website as anything in your basket will be ordered and brought!

Finished shopping?

Finish the buying process by clicking 'Done shopping'.

Holland Stock

*Please note that any items brought on the Holland Stock sections of the web shop cannot be removed from your basket and will automatically be brought.
